Tier 1 — 4 RB (ranks 1–4)
All four members are running backs — Jahmyr Gibbs (#1 overall, RB1), Bijan Robinson (#2 overall, RB2), Jonathan Taylor (#3 overall, RB3), and James Cook (#4 overall, RB4) — and this is the biggest cliff on this page: a 17.2-point gap separates the bottom of this tier from the top of Tier 2. The internal spread of 43.5 points means there is real separation within the group itself, so the order matters, but every one of these backs sits in a different stratosphere from the rest of the list. Leaving this tier empty costs more than leaving any other tier empty.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jahmyr Gibbs | RB1 | DET | 270.6 | +174.1 |
| 2 | Bijan Robinson | RB2 | ATL | 254.0 | +157.5 |
| 3 | Jonathan Taylor | RB3 | IND | 238.0 | +141.5 |
| 4 | James Cook | RB4 | BUF | 227.1 | +130.6 |
Tier 2 — 6 RB, 2 WR (ranks 5–12)
Eight players span ranks 5 through 12, and the positional mix shifts: six RBs are joined by Ja'Marr Chase (WR1, #8 overall) and Puka Nacua (WR2, #9 overall) — the first wide receivers to appear on the page. The 25.5-point internal spread means the top of this tier (De'Von Achane, RB5, +113.4) is meaningfully more valuable than the bottom (Josh Jacobs, RB10, +87.9), so sequencing within it matters. The gap below is only 5.6 points, making the drop into Tier 3 manageable — but the WR scarcity here is worth noting: only two receivers crack this tier in a 14-team format.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | De'Von Achane | RB5 | MIA | 209.9 | +113.4 |
| 6 | Kyren Williams | RB6 | LAR | 200.4 | +103.9 |
| 7 | Derrick Henry | RB7 | BAL | 199.1 | +102.6 |
| 8 | Ja'Marr Chase | WR1 | CIN | 194.3 | +97.5 |
| 9 | Puka Nacua | WR2 | LAR | 193.6 | +96.7 |
| 10 | Christian McCaffrey | RB8 | SF | 190.0 | +93.5 |
| 11 | Jeremiyah Love | RB9 | ARI | 187.2 | +90.7 |
| 12 | Josh Jacobs | RB10 | GB | 184.4 | +87.9 |
Tier 3 — 3 RB, 2 WR (ranks 13–17)
Five players occupy ranks 13–17 with a tight 6.9-point internal spread, meaning Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR3, #13 overall) through Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR4, #17 overall) are essentially interchangeable in value. The 6.5-point gap below is nearly identical to the spread inside the tier itself, so there is no meaningful penalty for taking the last player here over the first player in Tier 4. Wide receivers are still scarce — only two of the five members are WRs — making this a reasonable window to address that position if Tier 2's receivers were missed.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 13 | Jaxon Smith-Njigba | WR3 | SEA | 179.2 | +82.3 |
| 14 | Saquon Barkley | RB11 | PHI | 177.8 | +81.3 |
| 15 | Ashton Jeanty | RB12 | LV | 176.5 | +80.0 |
| 16 | Chase Brown | RB13 | CIN | 175.9 | +79.4 |
| 17 | Amon-Ra St. Brown | WR4 | DET | 172.3 | +75.4 |
Tier 4 — 10 RB, 6 WR, 1 QB (ranks 18–34)
At 17 players across ranks 18–34, this is the deepest tier on the page and the first place Josh Allen (QB1, #24 overall) appears, making it the earliest a quarterback enters the overall rankings. The 26.6-point internal spread is wide, so the difference between Kenneth Walker (RB14, #18 overall) and Nico Collins (WR10, #34 overall) is real — don't treat the bottom of this tier as equivalent to the top. The gap below is just 4.1 points, so there is little urgency to force a pick at the tail end of this group.

| 34 | Nico Collins | WR10 | HOU | 139.1 | +42.3 |
Tier 5 — 7 WR, 4 RB, 1 TE (ranks 35–46)
Twelve players fill ranks 35–46, and Trey McBride (TE1, #41 overall) is the first tight end to appear on the page — in a standard 14-team format, that positional scarcity is meaningful. The 10.8-point internal spread keeps the tier reasonably compact, and the 2.4-point gap into Tier 6 is the smallest cliff seen so far below any tier, signaling that waiting one more pick costs almost nothing in Draft Value.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |

| 46 | Emeka Egbuka | WR17 | TB | 124.3 | +27.4 |
Tier 6 — 3 WR, 1 RB, 1 TE (ranks 47–51)
Five players at ranks 47–51 are packed into just 2.1 points of internal spread, and Brock Bowers (TE2, #50 overall) is the only second tight end in the group alongside three wide receivers and one running back. The gap below this tier is also 2.1 points — exactly equal to the spread inside it — so the cost of missing this tier is minimal, and there is no reason to overdraft to secure the last player here over the first player in Tier 7.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 47 | Jameson Williams | WR18 | DET | 121.9 | +25.0 |

| 51 | DeVonta Smith | WR20 | PHI | 119.7 | +22.9 |
Tier 7 — 2 WR, 1 QB, 1 RB (ranks 52–55)
Tier 7 has the tightest spread on this page: just 0.5 points separates Lamar Jackson (QB2, #52 overall) from Malik Nabers (WR22, #55 overall), meaning all four players are functionally identical in Draft Value. The 2.9-point gap below is the largest cliff surrounding this tier relative to its internal spread, so once you leave this group the list does step down — but the step is modest. Jackson is the second quarterback on the page and the only one in this tier, worth tracking if QB1 was bypassed in Tier 4.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 52 | Lamar Jackson | QB2 | BAL | 275.8 | +20.8 |
| 53 | TreVeyon Henderson | RB29 | NE | 117.1 | +20.6 |

| 55 | Malik Nabers | WR22 | NYG | 117.2 | +20.3 |
Tier 8 — 11 WR, 4 RB, 3 QB, 3 TE (ranks 56–76)
Twenty-one players span ranks 56–76, making this the widest tier by member count after Tier 10, and the positional mix is the most diverse on the page: 11 WRs, 4 RBs, 3 QBs, and 3 TEs. The 10.9-point internal spread means Alec Pierce (WR23, #56 overall) at +17.4 is a noticeably different value proposition than Tyler Warren (TE5, #76 overall) at +6.5 — position and rank within the tier both matter here. This is the primary window to address tight end depth, with Colston Loveland (TE3, #63 overall) and Harold Fannin (TE4, #73 overall) both available.

| 76 | Tyler Warren | TE5 | IND | 95.5 | +6.5 |
Tier 9 — 3 WR, 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 TE (ranks 77–82)
Six players at ranks 77–82 all carry positive Draft Value, but just barely — the range runs from +3.9 (Jalen Hurts, QB6, #77 overall) down to +1.7, and three players share that floor. The 1.7-point gap into Tier 10 is the last meaningful threshold on the page; everything below it carries zero or negative Draft Value surplus. Kyle Pitts (TE6, #82 overall) is the last tight end with a positive draftValue on the entire list, which is the clearest positional signal this tier offers.
| # | Player | Pos | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 77 | Jalen Hurts | QB6 | PHI | 258.9 | +3.9 |
| 78 | RJ Harvey | RB34 | DEN | 100.3 | +3.8 |

| 81 | Quentin Johnston | WR35 | LAC | 98.6 | +1.7 |
| 82 | Kyle Pitts | TE6 | ATL | 90.7 | +1.7 |
Tier 10 — 40 WR, 22 DST, 20 TE, 17 RB, 13 QB, 6 K (ranks 83–200)
118 players fill ranks 83–200 with Draft Value ranging from exactly 0.0 down to -37.0, meaning every player here projects at or below replacement level for their position in this 14-team standard format. DSTs and kickers make their first appearance here — all 22 DSTs and all 6 kickers on the page are in this tier — so those positions are best treated as late-round fills rather than early investments. The 37.0-point internal spread reflects enormous variance in how far below replacement level the tail of the list falls, so rank still matters even within this group.
