All five members are running backs — RB8 through RB12 — and they cluster tightly between +85.2 and +93.1 Draft Value, an internal spread of just 7.9 points. There is no wide receiver or quarterback in this tier, so drafters who still need early WR help should note that the position is absent here entirely. The 8.6-point gap below is the largest drop since Tier 2, making this a reasonable place to pivot to receiver if you've already secured your RB foundation.

The positional balance flips: three WRs and two RBs occupy ranks #17–#21, with Saquon Barkley (RB13) and Kenneth Walker (RB14) flanking Drake London (WR5), Justin Jefferson (WR6), and CeeDee Lamb (WR7). Positional scarcity is no longer the driver here — roster construction and streaming strategy take over, and no single pick in this tier carries the kind of surplus value seen anywhere above it.
