10-Team Half-PPR Fantasy Football Rankings 2026 — Tiers

These are RotoAlpha's 10-team Half-PPR overall rankings, where tiers group players with similar Draft Value surplus above replacement level — the higher the tier number, the smaller the edge over a freely available replacement.

Tier 1 — 2 RB (ranks 1–2)

2 players · ranks 1–2 · 2 RB · Draft Value +161.7 to +143.9

Jahmyr Gibbs (#1 overall, RB1) and Bijan Robinson (#2 overall, RB2) are the only two players on this list projecting above +140 Draft Value, and the gap below them — 29.9 points — is the largest cliff on this page. Leaving this tier empty costs more than missing any other tier on the list. Both roster spots are RBs, so if you hold either pick, you are locking in a positional cornerstone before the rest of the field has touched a receiver.

Tier 2 — 2 WR, 1 RB (ranks 3–5)

3 players · ranks 3–5 · 2 WR · 1 RB · Draft Value +114.0 to +112.9

Puka Nacua (WR1), Ja'Marr Chase (WR2), and Jonathan Taylor (RB3) are packed into a 1.1-point Draft Value band — the tightest spread on this page — meaning the order within this tier is essentially a coin flip. Two of the three are wide receivers, so this is the first and only chance to land a WR1 or WR2 before the position thins out. The 11.1-point drop to Tier 3 is real but survivable; the 29.9-point cliff above is not.

Tier 3 — 3 RB, 2 WR (ranks 6–10)

5 players · ranks 6–10 · 3 RB · 2 WR · Draft Value +101.8 to +82.6

Five players span a 19.2-point internal range here, so sequencing matters more than in Tier 2 — James Cook (RB4, #6 overall) at the top is meaningfully ahead of Christian McCaffrey (RB6, #10 overall) at the bottom. The mix is three RBs and two WRs, and the 9.2-point gap to Tier 4 is moderate: missing this tier hurts but doesn't crater a roster the way the Tier 1 cliff does.

Tier 4 — 4 RB, 3 WR (ranks 11–17)

7 players · ranks 11–17 · 4 RB · 3 WR · Draft Value +73.4 to +58.4

Seven players ranked #11–17 overall give this tier the most depth of any group so far, with four RBs and three WRs spread across a 15.0-point band. The 4.5-point drop to Tier 5 is shallow enough that waiting one or two picks to close a positional hole elsewhere carries limited penalty. Drake London (WR5), Justin Jefferson (WR6), and CeeDee Lamb (WR7) make this the last tier where three WRs with meaningful surplus are available together.

Tier 5 — 3 RB, 1 QB, 1 WR (ranks 18–22)

5 players · ranks 18–22 · 3 RB · 1 QB · 1 WR · Draft Value +53.9 to +46.7

Josh Allen enters the rankings here as QB1 at #21 overall — the only quarterback in the top four tiers — sitting inside a five-player group that also includes three RBs and George Pickens (WR8). The 7.2-point internal spread and a 4.3-point gap to Tier 6 mean there is no urgency to reach; the QB position doesn't thin critically until much later, but Allen's +47.2 Draft Value is the highest any signal-caller posts on this entire list.

Tier 6 — 4 WR, 3 RB (ranks 23–29)

7 players · ranks 23–29 · 4 WR · 3 RB · Draft Value +42.4 to +33.4

Four WRs and three RBs fill ranks #23–29, with a 9.0-point internal spread that makes the top of the tier (A.J. Brown, WR9, +42.4) noticeably more valuable than the bottom (Zay Flowers, WR12, +33.4). The 4.5-point gap to Tier 7 is identical to the drop below Tier 4, so the cost of skipping this group is modest — but Tier 7 is where tight ends first appear, meaning any drafter who still needs a WR should note this is the last tier before receiver surplus starts competing with TE scarcity.

Tier 7 — 9 WR, 7 RB, 2 TE (ranks 30–47)

18 players · ranks 30–47 · 9 WR · 7 RB · 2 TE · Draft Value +28.9 to +16.9

At 18 players, this is the largest tier on the page, and it's where tight end value finally surfaces: Trey McBride (TE1, #30 overall, +28.9) and Brock Bowers (TE2, #36 overall, +23.2) are the only TEs above replacement level outside of Tier 8's fringe contributors. The 12.0-point internal spread means early picks in this tier (ranks #30–35) carry meaningfully more surplus than late picks (ranks #43–47). A 3.3-point gap to Tier 8 is the shallowest cliff yet, so there is little penalty for dipping into Tier 8 — but both viable TEs live here.

Tier 8 — 4 WR, 3 QB, 2 RB, 2 TE (ranks 48–58)

11 players · ranks 48–58 · 4 WR · 3 QB · 2 RB · 2 TE · Draft Value +13.6 to +1.8

Eleven players across four positions occupy the last band of positive Draft Value, with three quarterbacks — Lamar Jackson (QB2, +13.5), Drake Maye (QB3, +9.3), and Joe Burrow (QB4, +6.3) — clustered near the top alongside Jameson Williams (WR22) and a pair of tight ends in Colston Loveland (TE3) and Harold Fannin (TE4). The 1.8-point gap to Tier 9 is the smallest on the page, so the functional difference between the bottom of this tier and the top of Tier 9 is nearly zero — the real decision is whether to secure a QB2 or TE3/TE4 here before they dissolve into the replacement-level pool.

142 players · ranks 59–200 · 48 WR · 28 DST · 20 TE · 17 QB · 16 RB · 13 K · Draft Value +0.0 to -51.9

All 142 remaining players project at or below replacement level, spanning a 51.9-point internal range from Dak Prescott (QB5, +0.0) down to Troy Franklin (WR73, -51.9). DSTs and kickers appear exclusively in this tier, so those positions are pure late-round filler regardless of name. Prioritize filling any remaining starting-lineup holes with the least-negative options near the top of this group rather than chasing upside deeper in the list.
