Tier 1 (ranks 1–2)
Trey McBride (TE1, 145.0 pts, +33.1 draft value) and Brock Bowers (TE2, 139.8 pts, +27.9) are separated from every other tight end by the largest gap on this page — 13.4 draft-value points between the bottom of this tier and the top of Tier 2. That cliff is the cost of leaving this tier empty: you are giving up a surplus that no other tight end on this list can replicate. The internal spread of 5.2 points between them means either one delivers elite value; the decision is simply whether you spend the pick required to land one.
| # | Player | Overall | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trey McBride | #34 | ARI | 145.0 | +33.1 |
| 2 | Brock Bowers | #38 | LV | 139.8 | +27.9 |
Tier 2 (ranks 3–4)
Tyler Warren (TE3, 126.4 pts, +14.5) and Colston Loveland (TE4, 124.9 pts, +12.9) are tightly packed — just 1.6 draft-value points apart — making either a near-equivalent outcome if you secure one. The gap below this tier is 4.5 points, meaningfully smaller than the cliff above it, which tells you the penalty for missing Tier 2 and landing in Tier 3 is real but survivable. If Tier 1 slips past you, this pair is the next viable window for a positive-surplus tight end.
| # | Player | Overall | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | Tyler Warren | #51 | IND | 126.4 | +14.5 |
| 4 | Colston Loveland | #56 | CHI | 124.9 | +12.9 |
Tier 3 (rank 5)
Harold Fannin stands alone here as TE5 with 120.4 projected points and a draft value of +8.4 — the tightest spread on this page, as a single-member tier by definition. He still projects above replacement level, but the 8.4-point gap below him means the drop into Tier 4 is sharp: everything beneath him sits at or below replacement. Drafters who miss Tiers 1 and 2 should treat this as the last exit before the position becomes a net drag on roster construction.
| # | Player | Overall | Team | Proj | Draft Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | Harold Fannin | #63 | CLE | 120.4 | +8.4 |
Tier 4 (ranks 6–36)
Thirty-one tight ends occupy this tier, spanning an internal spread of 62.2 draft-value points from Sam LaPorta (TE6, +0.0) all the way down to Noah Gray (TE36, -62.2) — the only players here at or above replacement are at the very top of the range. With no gap below, this is the floor of the rankings, and the sheer depth of the tier means late-round tight end options are plentiful but carry real production risk. Prioritize the names near TE6 through TE9 if you're filling the position here; the back half of this tier projects well below replacement and should be treated as streaming territory.
